I had an eggwich for breakfast. Pretty standard fair: egg from Vital Farms, muffin by Orowheat, turkey sausage ala Shelton's and American cheese from Boar's Head.
We had a team lunch at Olive Garden where I had "Capellini Pomodoro", breadsticks and salad.
For dinner I made Annie's organic macaroni shells and cheese with some broccoli tossed in.
