Standard eggwich no-cheese and a banana for breakfast.
Tuna sandwich and some Amy's soup for lunch. (Yes, it's the second time this week I remembered to take a picture only after half the sandwich was gone.)
I made penne with balsamic chicken for dinner. Basically cubed chicken breast marinated and then cooked in a balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil (evoo) sauce, tossed with penne and sprinkled with parmesan.
