Day 60

I had a cheese-free eggwich for breakfast. Forgot to take a picture so pretend there's no cheese below.


Team lunch at Chuy's as per usual, but this time I opted for a vegetarian plate instead of the usual "Chuy's Special" (chicken enchiladas on blue corn tortillas). That's a cheese-filled chili relleno on the right and an enchilada with diced squash and zucchini on the left.


Chili from the freezer (beef from Niman Ranch) and brown rice for dinner. I made the rice in my expensive  new Zojirushi rice cooker and it came out perfectly. As much rice as I eat it was definitely worth it. That's horchata (from a box) in the cup.
