Day 70

Nature's Path maple nut instant oatmeal for breakfast.


I had four of these "tilapia tostadas" from the cafeteria for lunch. They were kind of gross conceptually (a deep fried tortilla with a little refried beans on it, topped with grilled tilapia, lettuce, shredded cheese and cilantro) but fairly tasty. I was still hungry after a single order of two, so I got a second order (not pictured). It was immediately apparent that I didn't need that much food, but naturally I ate it anyway.


Dinner was a hamburger (beef from Niman Ranch, bun from Rudi's Organics), fresh spinach sauteed in garlic and evoo, and Cascadian Farm tater tots. Healthy and natural fast food that tasted great. :)
