I had an ortho appointment at 9:00 am so I skipped breakfast until afterward then had a taco at work.
For lunch I had salmon, rice and broccoli from the cafeteria.
I had two cookies after lunch - white chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin. Ate the latter before the pic.
Later I was coerced into eating a brownie.
And for dinner I had "Bun" from Pho Hoang. It's basically rice noodles (vermicelli) on a bed of shredded lettuce and topped with bbq pork, carrots, etc. Dump some fish sauce and chili sauce on it and it's delicious. I'm a big fan of Asian food but if there are any Asian restaurants that offer natural meats I haven't found them.
I had a fudge bar this evening.
