I also had a mini Clif bar and a banana (no pics).
For my afternoon 'snack' I had a Campbell's Select Harvest chicken and rice soup which was in the pantry from last year.
For dinner I broiled salmon (Alaskan Sockeye, wild-caught) and served with pilaf and broccoli. I rubbed the salmon with cajun seasoning I received from my brother and sis in-law for Christmas, slightly bastardized a pilaf recipe* and did the usual with the broccoli (blanch, sautee in evoo and sprinkle with crushed red pepper).
After dinner I had a bowl of Kettle chips and, later, a fudge bar.
*I made this recipe but with one cup of rice, no butter and cooked in the rice cooker. I usually cut the seasoning in half when I cut the rice in half but I didn't this time, hence it's a little darker/saltier than usual.
