All of today's meals originated in my kitchen. A standard eggwich for breakfast (egg by Vital Farms), whole wheat spaghetti with tomato sauce for lunch (I brought the banana, fruit was made available by a coworker), and my roomie made falafel for dinner (falafel from a box, hummus from Out to Lunch, tabbouleh from Tom's Tabooley). Only one falafel is pictured but I had two. The tomato sauce was just a can of stewed tomatoes w/ basil and oregano tossed in with some sauteed garlic and tomato paste then simmered.
