Day 40

Standard eggwich for breakfast.

Grilled turkey and cheese sandwich w/ Amy's split pea soup for lunch (no chips actually, recycled picture).


Used leftover salmon from the other night to make salmon cakes tonight, topped with a mayo/horseradish/dill sauce I whipped up. Pilaf and mixed veggies with balsamic vinegar on the side. Great meal.


I had a big plate of tortilla chips with salsa and melted cheddar for a late-night snack, but no photo.

  1. Those salmon cakes look delicious. I love that browning. I bet they were all crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
