Day 44

Sunday morning breakfast: Eggs from Vital Farms scrambled with onion, garlic, Peppadews and Morningstar "veggie" sausage patties. Multigrain toast by Alvarado St. Bakery.


For lunch grilled cheese, chips and Amy's soup.


Dinner at Monument Cafe in Georgetown, a restaurant with a focus on all natural, sustainable foods. I started with a salad then had the ribeye with spinach and mashed potatoes. Monument Chocolate Pecan Pie for dessert. Sorry about the dim photos. I tried it with flash at first but the white plates generated major glare.
