Day 47

I had a standard eggwich for breakfast but I used a new "egg fry ring" I bought to make the egg fit on the muffin better.


One thing I learned is that the egg will never cook on top without being flipped, so next time I will flip it before the bottom is cooked solid! Anyway it was still tasty and the result is more egg mcmuffin like.


I went out to lunch with another team today, this time opting for seafood pho at Pho Viet on Louis Henna. The seafood is mock crab, "fish balls" and squid; in other words a bunch of random processed fish. 


For dinner it was leftover whole wheat spaghetti with ragu again. Don't be fooled by the picture, though. I had a second plate and added a couple pieces of buttered Alvarado St. multigrain bread to the mix. I had a little tapioca pudding my roommate made for dessert later but neglected to take a picture of it.
