Day 58

I made an omelette with mushrooms and spinach this morning. I never make my own omelettes because they end up looking like this, but it tasted pretty good. In retrospect it could've used a little less garlic and some cheese.


I had a mixed greens salad and Carbonara at the Whole Foods world headquarters downtown for lunch. 



Sushi at Sushi Nini for dinner.

Miso Soup
Vegetable and Shrimp Tempura
Gyoza (Fried Dumplings)
Sushi & Sashimi Combo
Spicy Tuna Roll
Banana Tempura & Green Tea Ice Cream
